Our approach

We aim to design, develop, and maintain our public-facing digital experiences with accessibility in mind.

This includes attention to areas such as:

• clear information structure and navigation;
• readable typography and appropriate visual contrast;
• keyboard accessibility;
• meaningful headings and labels;
• alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate;
• compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies;
• responsive experiences across different devices and screen sizes; and
• avoiding unnecessary barriers to understanding or interaction.

Accessibility standards

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium as an important reference for our accessibility work.

Our objective is to progressively maintain and improve the accessibility of the website, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA serving as our target benchmark where reasonably applicable.

This statement of intent should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, component, document, or third-party integration currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion.
