Quantum Strategies is Saskatchewan's leading AI strategy and governance practice, based in Saskatoon on Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Métis. We serve First Nations governments and the public institutions that work alongside them.
Rights that live only on paper are rights held at someone else's discretion. We design the architecture that makes sovereignty operational — enforceable in contracts, encoded in systems, and durable across leadership changes. That now includes the intelligence layer: the AI systems institutions are adopting faster than they are governing.
Most consulting honours sovereignty as a value. We treat it as something to be built, measured, and defended.

Quantum Strategies operates on Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Métis. We acknowledge the Nations whose relationships to this land predate — and outlast — any firm.
Our work is grounded in that acknowledgment: sovereignty is not something we grant or advise into being. It already exists. We help make it operational.
